ROW 1: With mauve yarn and H hook ch-11, hdc 2nd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, ch-1, turn. (10 sts)
ROW 2-8: 2 hdc next st, hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn. (11 sts)(12 sts)(13 sts)(14 sts)(15 sts)(16 sts)(17 sts)
ROW 9-13: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 13 fasten off.
PURSE BACK:
ROW 1-13: Rep row 1-13 of front, do not fasten off.
ROW 14-18: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 19-25: Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 25 fasten off. (16 sts)(15 sts)(14 sts)(13 sts)(11 sts)(10 sts)
STRAP-GUSSET:
