MATERIALS FOR PUMPKIN: 4 ply yarn in Sea Coral, Kelly Green, black and green
felt, size G hook, needle to take yarn, craft glue.
SIZE: Approx. 3" tall when finished, not including stem.
PUMPKIN:
With Sea Coral and G hook ch-4, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, 6 sc in ring, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (6 sts)
RND 2: (Sc next st, 2 sc next st) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (9 sts)
RND 3: 2 sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (18 sts)
RND 4: Rep rnd 2. (27 sts)
ROW 5-13: Sc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
RND 14: Sc ea st across, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 15: (Sc next st, sc next 2 sts tog as one--sc dec made) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (18 sts)
RND 16: Sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 17-18: Rep rnd 15. At the end of rnd 18, join Kelly Green, fasten off Sea Coral, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn (12 sts)(8 sts)
felt, size G hook, needle to take yarn, craft glue.
