Design sample was made using Lion Micro Spun yarn, size F crochet hook, 3-1\2” paper mache box and ribbon.
Great for small gifts or to hold bride’s maids gifts.

MATERIALS:

Lion Micro Spun yarn in lily white, H hook or hook to obtain gauge, small 2-1\2” diameter box with lid, white craft paint, paint brush, craft glue, 13” of 1” wide white satin ribbon and small crystal or jewel for flower center.
GAUGE: Petal is 1-1\2” long
PETAL:
ROW 1: With white yarn and H hook, ch-5, sc 2nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, ch-1, turn. (4 sts)
ROW 2: 2 sc next 2 sts, sc next 2 sts, ch-1, turn. (6 sts)
ROW 3: 2 sc next 2 sts, sc next 4 sts, ch-1, turn. (8 sts)
RND 4: Evenly sc ea and row around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off. (20 sts)
