Design samples were made using DMC Pearl Cotton and size O (zero) crochet hook.
Each butterfly features a different design on its wings.
Finished sizes: Large is 2” X 1-3\4”; Medium is 1-1\4 square and Small is 1” square.
Patched can either be sewn to a garment or glued on using a no-sew the glue.

MATERIALS:

Size 5 DMC Pearl Cotton in the following colors: Dark Brown, Gold, Dark Orange and Olive Green, size 0 (zero) crochet hook and needle to take pearl cotton (optional).
FINISHED SIZE: Large: 1-3\4” X 2”; Medium: 1-1\4” square; Small: 1” square.
LARGE BUTTERFLY PATCH:
Please note: Carry all unused pearl cotton behind sts as you work. You will always be dropping and picking up colors as you work which will be stated in the first couple of rows and not repeated again unless joining a new color.
ROW 1: With Gold and 0 (zero) hook ch-14, sc 2nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, ch-1, turn. (13 sts)
