With needle and yarn sew bottom to tote.
TOTE EDGING:
With Gold and H hook join in any st along top edge of tote, ch-1, sc same st, evenly sc around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
HANDLE:
With Burgundy and H hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
