ROW 1: With white yarn and G hook ch-4, sc 2 nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, ch-1, turn. (3 sts)
ROW 2-24: Working in bk lps only, sc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
Place the ends of the hat band tog, sl st through both thickness forming a ring. Glue in place over white portion of hat on doll’s head.

COLLAR:
Rep rows 1-20 of hat headband.
ROW 21: Turn piece so you are now working across ea row, *ch-4, sk next row, sc next row ch-3, sk next row, sc next row, rep from * across, fasten off.
Glue around neck of doll.
SKIRT:
ROW 1: With blue & G ch-9, sc 2 nd ch from hook, sc ea ch, ch-1, turn. (8 sts)
ROW 2-30: Working in bk lps now, sc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
Place ends tog and sl st through both thickness to form a ring, do not fasten off, ch-1, turn so you are now working across ea end of rows previously made, even work sc around
Rep rows 1-
ROW 21: Turn piece so you are now working across ea row, *ch-
