HAT:
ROW 1: With black yarn and H hook ch-9, sc 2 nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, fasten off. (8 sts)
ROW 2: Count over 2 sts from end row 1, join black that st, ch-1, sc sa st as ch-1, sc next 3 sts, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn. (4 sts)
ROW 3: Sc ea st across, fasten off.
PUTTING IT TOGETHER:
Sew head to star using the photo as a guide. Sew hat to top of snowman’s head. With the fabric paint make eyes, a nose and mouth. Using the cotton swab get a bit of the blush and place on face at cheeks. Cut 6” of yarn and string through top point of star and knot for the hanger.
