Glue (at bottom 2 rows of petal only) 10 petals around the outer edge of the frame about 1” in from all sides and 1-1\2” at corners. Let dry.
Glue 8 petals inside of this row and overlapping between petal previous row. Let dry.
With the remaining 7 petals make a third row and let dry.
