RND 3: Ch-1, sc in beg ring behind petal in rnd 1, ch-4, (sc, ch-4) twice in ea sp around, sl st top beg sc, do not turn.
RND 4: Ch-1, (sc, 9 dc, sc) in ea lp around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
BACKING:
With DMC and 0 (zero) hook ch-4, sl st to form a ring,
RND 1: Ch-1, work 12 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 2-3: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (18 sts)(27 sts)
RND 4: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, fasten off. (36 sts)
Arrange the three flowers on the backing and sew in place making sure no part of the backing shows through.
STRAND ONE:
With large eye beading needle and DMC thread on 144 beads, remove the beading needle.
With DMC and 0 (zero) hook join in edge of flower, ch-1, (slide bead, ch-1) 144 times, sl st in corresponding place on second flower using the photo as a guide.
RND 4: Ch-
BACKING:
With DMC and 0 (zero) hook ch-
RND 1: Ch-
RND 2-
RND 4: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, fasten off. (36 sts)
Arrange the three flowers on the backing and sew in place making sure no part of the backing shows through.
