RND 4: Sc next 2 sts, hdc next, (dc dec next 2, dc next 2) 4 times, hdc next, sc last 3 sts, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (19 sts)
RND 5-9: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. End rnd 9 fasten off.
-Rep for other sleeve. Sleeves are large to fit over other clothes.
Sew hook and eye along center front of coat with collar edges meet.
