RND 6- 40: *Sc next st, dc next st, rep from * around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. At the end of rnd 40 fasten off.
With matching thread sew two snaps at the bottom of skirt.

POTPOURRI BAG:
Cut two 4” X 5” rectangles from satin. With rt sides tog, sew leaving one short side open. Turn so rt sides face out and fill with a small amount of potpourri and stitch opening closed.
Insert potpourri bag into skirt, snap to close.
