RND 2: Join Baby Blue yarn in any 2nd sc, ch-1, sc sa st as ch-1, ch-2, (11 dc in lp, ch-2, sc 2nd sc, ch-2) 3 times, *11 trc next lp* ch-2, sc 2nd sc, ch-2, rep between *'s next lp, ch-2, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
RND 3: Join white in any ch-2 sp, (ch-2, sc between next 2 sts) around, sl st in base of beg ch-2, fasten off.
RND 4: Join Baby Blue around any st from rnd 2, ch-1, sc around st, counting and working around sts of rnd 2 (sk 6 sts, ch-5, sc next st) 7 times, ch-5, sl st top of beg sc, ch-3, turn. (8 lps)
RND 5: Sl st next lp, ch-1, work 6 sc in ea lp around, ch-1, turn.
RND 6-7: Ch-1, sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc.
ROW 8: Working in rows now, sc around to last 6 sts, ch-1, turn.
ROW 9-13: Sc ea st around, ch-1, turn. End of row 13 do not ch-1, turn.
ROW 14: Ch-3, 3 dc sa st as ch-3, 4 dc ea st around, fasten off.
HOOD TIES: Join Baby Blue yarn in bottom 1st dc on hood, ch-40, fasten off. Rep for other side.
