ROW 4: Ch-3, dc same st as beg ch-3, dc next 4 sts, 2 dc next st, ch-3, 2 dc next st, dc next 4 sts, 2 dc next st, ch-3, 2 dc next st, dc next 4 sts, 2 dc top ch-3 of previous row, turn.

You will work dropped color behinds sts as in previous two color block.
With white and J hook ch-5, sl st to form a ring.
