RND 4: Sc evenly around petal, sl st top beg sc, fasten off. (19 sts)
SIDES:
ROW 1: With Baby Pink and G hook ch-6, hdc 3 rd ch from hook, hdc ea ch across, ch-1, turn. (4 sts)
ROW 2: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
Rep row 2 until piece can go around bottom edges of purse.
PUTTING IT TOGETHER:
Beg with 5 petals and needle threaded with Baby Pink yarn. Fold one petal in half widthwise and tack to hold. Arrange remaining 4 petals around folded one (center of flower) and sew to hold. Make 2 of these and set aside.
Take the remaining 8 petals and sew just the ends of petals to rnd 3 of one side of purse, over lapping petal edges. Sew one center flower to center of purse. Sew short ends of strap tog and then sew last flower center to this seam. Sew the sides around bottom (circle) of purse. If you wish you can add a snap to the top of the purse (circle).
