RND 39: (Sc dec next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
EAR MUFFS (MAKE TWO):
With Pastel blue yarn and H hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work sc, hdc, 3 dc, hdc, sc, hdc, 3 dc, hdc in ring, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
SCARF:
ROW 1: With Pastel blue and H hook ch-4, sc 2 nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, ch-1, turn. (3 sts)
ROW 2-66: Sc ea st across, ch-1, turn. At the end of row 66 fasten off.
FINISHING:
With the ornament hanger to the back, glue the arms around the top part of the ornament. A couple of rubber bands help to hold the arms in place while they dry. Glue the legs to the bottom half of the ornament.
Cut the carrot in half and glue to the center of the head. With the black paint make the Snowman’s eyes and mouth. Glue ear muffs to either side of the head. Glue the head to the center top of the ornament. Glue the scarf around head. Let dry completely. Fill with candy or a small gift and place the two helves tog.
