RND 6: (Sk next st, sc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (4 sts)
RND 7: (Sk next st, sc next st) around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off. (2 sts)
Rep fringe as you did for scarf. Tack hat pt to one side of hat.
(In my examples I made one hat burgundy with green rnd 1 and fringe, one hat burgundy with royal rnd 1 and fringe and one royal with burgundy rnd 1 and fringe.)
Glue hat to snowman’s head. Glue scarf around snowman’s neck. Make eyes and mouth using black fabric paint and orange for the nose. With the cotton swab dab blush at the cheeks. Cut 6” of yarn and thread through back of head and knot for hanger.
