RND 2-5: Sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 6: (Sk next st, sc next 2 sts) 3 times, sk next st, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (6 sts)
RND 7: Sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 8-9: 2 sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (12 sts)(24 sts)
RND 10-13: Rep rnd 7.
RND 14: (Sk next st, sc next 5 sts) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (20 sts)
RND 15: (Sk next st, sc next 4 sts) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (16 sts)
RND 16: (Sk next st, sc next 3 sts) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (12 sts) Stuff body.
RND17-18: (Sk next st, sc next st) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. At the end of rnd 18 fasten off. (6 sts)(3 sts)
ARMS:
With needle and thread string 7 beads alternating the color as desired and sew to side of ornament. Rep on the other side and end by gluing a pom-pom to the end of ea arm. (In my examples I did one alternating red and crystal beads, one alternating green and crystal and one alternating red and green beads.)
