EDGE FOR TOP:
ROW 1: With Rose and H hook join bottom row of top, ch-1, sc same st as beg ch-1, (sk next 2, 5 dc next, sk next 2, sc next) 5 times, sk next 2, 5 dc last, fasten off.
Sew top to top edge of skirt so that the edging of the top over laps the skirt. Sew 2 snaps along back opening.
SHOE:
RND 1: With White and H hook ch-8, hdc 3 rd ch from hook, hdc next 4 sts, 3 hdc last ch, turn piece so you are now working across the bottom of the foundation ch (bottom of sts just made), hdc next 4, 2 hdc last, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (14 sts)
RND 2-3: Sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 4: Sc next 4 sts, (sk next st, sc next st) twice, sk next st, sc last 5 sts, join Rose, fasten off White, sl st top beg sc, turn. (11 sts)
