Sew short ends tog then sew to side of stocking.
LARGE CIRCLE:
With scarlet and H hook ch-4, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 8 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (8 sts)
RND 2-3: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. End row 3 fasten off. (12 sts)(18 sts)
-Make two
MEDIUM CIRLCE:
Rep rnd 1-2 of large circle, fasten off end row 2.
-Make two
SMALL CIRCLE:
Rep rnd 1 of large circle, fasten off.
-Make five.
With needle and red thread sew 1\2” button then 1\4” button to lower edge of collar rep pattern across the front of the stocking. Sew three of the 1\2” buttons across the top of the collar. Sew the remaining buttons to the circles in any way you like. Sew the circles to the front of the stocking arranging them as you please.

SMALL CIRCLE:
Rep rnd 1 of large circle, fasten off.
