RND 2: Pull up lp on hook 1\2”, [* (yo, pull up lp in sc to 1\2”) 4 times, yo through all 9 lps on hook, ch-1 to close (puff st made), * ch-2, rep bet **, ch-4] rep bet [] 4 times, join white, ch-2, sl st top 1 st puff st made, fasten off color, do not turn.
RND 3: * work 4 sc in next ch-2 sp, (3 sc, ch-2, 3 sc) next ch-4 sp, rep from * around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
Make 4 blocks in blue and pink, 5 blocks in green and 6 blocks in lavender. Set aside 1 green and 2 lavender flower blocks. Sew the remaining blocks tog in a long row in this pattern: Lavender, Pink, Blue and Green.
DRESS:
